Welcome to the Ethics Training and Compliance Center. The purpose of this Web site is to make ethics-related instructional
materials available to those state employees under the jurisdiction of the Office of Executive Inspector General
for the Agencies of the Illinois Governor (OEIG).
Annual ethics training for executive branch state employees is a requirement of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act.
Each employee who is required to complete this training under the OEIG’s oversight can expect to receive written notification from his or her state agency regarding the specific dates during which the training must be completed.
If you have been notified of the requirement to complete online ethics training at this time, you may access the course, which has been
assigned to you, by selecting the Training Login button (below or to the right on this page), and then entering your assigned ethics training Login ID
and Password.
